How to Give Online to New Hope Community Church Using Tithely, an Online Giving Service

Why We Give - As Church Members We Are Called To Be Stewards

The Scriptures teach that God is the Owner of all persons and all things. We, therefore, are His stewards of both life and possessions. God’s ownership and our stewardship ought to be acknowledged, for we shall be held personally accountable to God for the exercise of our stewardship. God, as a God of system and order in all of His ways, has established a system of giving that acknowledges His ownership over all human resources and relationships. To this end all His children should faithfully tithe and present offerings for the support of the gospel.

Step 1: Go To Our Online Giving Portal: Tithely

You can give to New Hope Community Church by going to our online giving portal on Tithely. Tithely is an online giving service that facilitates gift giving for churches.

Step 2: Sign Up To Create a Tithely Giving Account (Optional) or Login As An Existing User

Givers have the option to sign up for an account on Tithely to securely save their information for optional recurring giving. To create an account click the “Sign Up” link on the Tithely giving portal for New Hope Community Church.

Note: If you wish to give only one time or do not desire to save your information for future use you may skip this step to create a Tithely giving account.

If you already have a giving account through Tithely and have gifted to New Hope Community Church before, you may click the “Login” link and enter your Tithely account details.

Step 3: Fill Out Giving Form With Giving Information

Fill out the form fields on the giving portal with the details of your gift.

GIve Amount

The give amount field specifies the dollar amount of your gift.

“To” - The Giving Fund Your Gift Should Be Applied To

As a giver you have the option to apply your gift to different “funds” at New Hope Community Church. To specify the fund you wish to apply your gift to select an option from the dropdown menu next to the “To” field on the giving portal.

Giving Source - Card, Bank, Other Options

You may select different options as the giving source to fund your gift. These options include credit card and bank account payments as well as Google or Apple Pay Options depending on the device you are accessing the online giving portal on.

Select a source to fund your gift and fill out the corresponding fields completely.

Cover Fees

The Tithely service collects a fee which covers the processing costs of the transaction involved in submitting your online gift. Givers have the option to cover the cost of this transaction up-front instead of having the processing fee be deducted from the portion of the gift that eventually goes New Hope Community Church. To cover the processing fees involved in your gift, the total amount of your gift will be increased by a small percentage amount.

Step 4: Complete Your Gift

After you have completed all the required fields for your gift you are ready to securely submit it to New Hope Community Church. Click the “Give” button at the bottom of the screen to complete your gift.
